Hi, I'm Katy McConville (maiden name Tonick), a mom, lifelong athlete, and coach dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and capable through movement.
My fitness journey began with 15 years of competitive cheerleading, where I built a deep appreciation for strength, discipline, and community. I hold a B.S. in Health Science and Kinesiology, and in 2019 I became a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor through CorePower Yoga. That same year, I competed in an NPC bikini competition, which strengthened my understanding of both physical and mental resilience.
I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with experience supporting women through every stage of life, including pregnancy and postpartum. As a mom of two, I understand the real demands women face and focus on building sustainable strength that fits into everyday life.
